Included in every stay is a Country Breakfast Pantry which stores dry goods including cereal, tea, local honey & olive oil for guest convenience. To contribute to our sustainability program we ask guests to collect fresh milk and bread along the way.
Larger group bookings will be catered for independently.
Guests are welcome to avail themselves of herbs, bush tucker seasonings and teas also excess vegetables – mainly Spring & Summer.

Guests indulging in a Dine in the Vines experience at nearby award winning Rosalie House qualify for Free Early Checkin from 11.30am.
This is a “Wow” experience organised personally for you by vineyard manager Renee.
Book this experience with your accommodation and we will have Renee contact you to tailor your private event
for 2-6 adults and organise payment.
$225 per head
This discounted rate for Kiambram guests includes:
wine-tasting: welcome cocktail: private tour of the vineyard: seasonal grazing menu with paired wines; concierge
table service by Vineyard Manager, Renee: transport both ways.
Available lunch or dinner during restaurant hours.
A high country fire pit on a cool night is a simple way to relax, connect and continue enjoying the outdoors after sunset.
Each accommodation has its own firepit in a private outdoor setting.
A kit containing various sized wood and all starting materials can be ordered at booking for $30.
In the event of a local or property fire ban a refund will be issued.
Extra bagged firewood can be purchased at Caltex Service Stations locally if you are having a longer stay.
Please just notify us if you are bringing extra.
Professional guiding on Fridays and Saturdays for guests wishing to experience the remarkable birdlife of this region. Free Late Checkout at Kiambram to 12.30 pm Sundays. Well-known local birder Mick Atzeni has been leading outings for Toowoomba Bird Observers for 40+ years and knows this region intimately. Book this experience with your accommodation and we will have Mick contact you to tailor your outing for 1-3 adults and organise payment.

We have a mobile wireless modem for guests to borrow and recharge with Telstra as needed.
Please order when booking so we reserve the modem for you.
