Come home to a warming firepit, then snuggle up in a couples cabin for a great night's sleep ready for a day of adventure out and about or pure relaxation at the property. Our proximity to major highways makes including Kiambram into your itinerary very easy. An ideal stay whether venturing back to the coast, along the Great Divide or into the vast outback. With quite short drives along picturesque routes and interesting stops, this burgeoning tourism area provides great choice in venues and authentic regional experiences with a 2 or 3 night stay preferred by travellers to see and do the best of what’s on offer.

Kiambram spans the eastern and western slopes of our hill traversed by Sunrise Road; offering a variety of expansive views, beautiful skies and starry nights. The 3 well spaced Queen Bed Studio cabins are ideal for individual couples or small groups travelling together. Solo travellers and individual couples love the peace and quiet of their own cabin.

Comfortable and reasonably priced, our accommodation is a home away from home; perfect for relaxing whilst experiencing nature but close to town. The well designed site has beautiful views and breezes but is protected from winter winds and is shaded on summer afternoons. Your clients can dine near-by or self-cater, only having to step outside the door to use their own barbecue. We live on site and are available to lend a hand to first timers. The indoor kitchenette is well equipped and stocked with light breakfast ingredients.

Chattering birds and nibbling wallabies can be spied through the large glass doors or from the decks. The guest only sunset lookout has wonderful views to the north west and is a very pretty 10 minute walk . A bush tucker trail and mini farmyard area with chickens and a vegetable garden are accessed by a short walk in front of the cabins. GT the friendly horse and some inquisitive cattle can be greeted over the fence.

Nature loving guests appreciate our environmental and recognition of culture efforts. The property is small enough to walk over and hosts a variety of fauna and flora as well as being central to a range of popular birding destinations. A professional bird guide can be requested when booking accommodation.

The water trough on the bush tucker trail supports a diversity of wildlife and guests can learn about indigenous plant uses as they wander through this area. Our electronic guest directory has useful links to lists and information correlating to markers on the trail. Kiambram is accredited by the Land for Wildlife program which integrates farming and tourism land uses with nature conservation.
